Skin Craft

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of cosmetic injectable services provided by Skin Craft ("we", "us", "our"), located in Queensland, Australia. By booking or receiving any cosmetic injectable treatments with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive cosmetic injectable treatments. We do not provide services to individuals under the age of 18.

1.2 Health Requirements
You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or current treatments that may affect the safety or outcome of your cosmetic injectables procedure. This includes but is not limited to pregnancy, breastfeeding, autoimmune diseases, or a history of severe allergies.

1.3 Consultation Requirement
Before receiving any treatment, you must undergo a consultation with a qualified practitioner. During this consultation, the practitioner will assess your suitability for treatment, review your medical history, and discuss any potential risks or side effects.

2.1 Booking and Payment
A booking for a cosmetic injectable treatment will be confirmed once you provide the necessary information and payment or deposit (if applicable). Full payment is due upon the completion of the treatment unless otherwise agreed.

2.2 Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of or the forfeiture of your deposit.

2.3 Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full treatment, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

3.1 Possible Side Effects
Cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox, dermal fillers, or other injectables, carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, redness, infection, allergic reactions, asymmetry, or dissatisfaction with the results. We will take all reasonable precautions to minimize these risks, but you acknowledge that these outcomes may occur.

3.2 Results
Results from cosmetic injectables are not guaranteed and may vary between individuals. You acknowledge that you are receiving treatment based on the professional judgment of the practitioner, and outcomes may depend on factors beyond our control, such as skin type, anatomy, and lifestyle.

3.3 No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the treatments provided, we do not offer refunds for cosmetic injectable procedures. In the event of any concerns with the results, we may offer a follow-up consultation to assess the outcome and discuss any necessary adjustments or touch-ups.

4.1 Aftercare Instructions
You are expected to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner. These instructions are designed to maximize the safety and effectiveness of the treatment. Failure to follow aftercare advice may result in complications or suboptimal results.

4.2 Follow-up Appointments
Some cosmetic injectables, such as dermal fillers, may require touch-ups or follow-up treatments. We recommend attending any follow-up appointments to ensure optimal results. Additional charges may apply for touch-ups or corrections outside of the included post-treatment care.

5.1 Personal Information
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law. Your medical and personal details will be stored securely in accordance with the Health Records Act 2001 (QLD) and other applicable privacy laws.

5.2 Consent to Photos
By booking an appointment, you agree to allow us to take before-and-after photographs for documentation purposes. These photos may be used in marketing materials or on social media, but your identity will be kept confidential unless you provide explicit consent to be identified.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via  credit card, debit card, cash, Afterpay, etc.

6.2 Refunds
As noted above, due to the nature of the service, no refunds are offered for cosmetic injectable treatments. In exceptional cases, at the discretion of the practitioner, a credit or touch-up may be provided.

7.1 General Disclaimer
While we take every reasonable precaution to provide safe and effective treatments, you acknowledge that cosmetic procedures carry some risk, and you accept full responsibility for your treatment. You agree to release Skin Craft, its staff, and practitioners from any liability arising from the treatment, including any unforeseen side effects or adverse reactions.

7.2 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies.

8.1 Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your next appointment. By continuing to use our services, you accept any updated Terms and Conditions.

9.1 Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Queensland.

By booking or receiving cosmetic injectable treatments from Skin Craft, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
